The space
Experienced host offers a newly renovated and furnished condo with top of the line CB2/West Elm, furniture, kitchen ware, and accessories. Gated community right on the beach, reserved parking, washer/dryer, back up battery port for power outages.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
The living and dinning room are beautifully designed and are great for having your morning coffee to plan your day.

The living room features an unbeatable view of the beach, a 4K HDTV with sling TV, Netflix, YouTube etc. It has a couch, a west elm retro lounge chair, and an ottoman that doubles as a coffee table or leg rest. You may chose to open the sliding doors wide open to take advantage of the breeze, use the fans, or central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move. Note: couch is not a sleeper sofa.

The dining room table can comfortably double as a work space or dinner table. There is plenty of place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner in or you may step outside to the myriad of dinning options.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and of course new wine glasses, dinner, and silver ware.

WASHER/DRYER: An in unit stackable washer/dryer unit is available during your stay.

MAIN ROOM:
Your room is equipped with a Queen size bed, 43" 4K TV, a lounge chair with lamp and side table, twin night stands, modern lamps with integrated iphone chargers, wall to wall mirrors and closet with built in shelves and a luggage rack for the traveler in mind. New privacy shades have been installed in both rooms.

GUEST ROOM:
Features a 32" 4K HDTV, two queen size beds, lamps, nightstand and plenty of sockets to charge your devices. The large closets hold your towels, beach and other wise, an iron and ironing board, luggage rack and hangers. This room is optimal for 2 people however is large enough to sleep 4.

THE BATHROOM:
Holds a standing shower with hot water and a rain shower head. A detachable shower hose is also available.

El BALCON/THE BALCONY:
The balcony is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the waves with a glass of wine. It features plants, two chairs, and a table. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon while watching TV. A true gem to enjoy during your time here.

THE BEACH:
Private access is provided with your stay. The best beach in the area is mostly frequented by residents/guest of the neighboring condos. It is clean, quiet, and has several swimming areas created by large rocks that break the waves. Beach towels and a cooler is available for you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The fantastic neighborhood of Isla Verde offers dinning, hang out spots, and even beauty salons. It is conveniently located a mere 5 minute drive from the airport and 14 minutes to old San Juan. Isla Verde is the locals best kept secret as it offers the pristine beaches that Condado falls short on.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Bus service to SJU airport and old San Juan is right out your door. It runs every 15-20 mins and cost $0.75. Be sure to flag them down or they wont stop.

YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:
- Most reservations include one deeded parking spot. Otherwise one may be rented. NOTE: There is no visitor parking and you may not park in unauthorized areas.
- We an coordinate recurring cleaning for you, please ask about pricing.
- Uber is an inexpensive option if you plan on staying mostly local; from the airport is aprx $6!
- Key Fobs are used to access the building and beach.
- This is our beach home. Please treat it kindly & consider the noise level in the condo & the hallways.
- This is NOT a party house/building. 10pm- 9am is quiet time.
- ELEVATOR building with security on site.
- Check in depends on your arrival time. Please send us your incoming & outgoing flight details to coordinate your check in.
- PR power system is old. You may experience short periods without power. No worries it usually comes back quickly. We have also installed a temp battery back up for the wifi.
