Everything you need is here!!! Some street noise but easily remedied via ear plugs or sound machine. You will find this in every room you get in Puerto Rico. So stay here and have a blast

Perfect Honeymoon stay!!!

We booked this apartment for our 8 day honeymoon and it was in the perfect location to shops, restaurants, and the beach!! The apartment was clean, bright and the view was AMAZING! It always so nice waking up to the beautiful sky and ocean! Our host Jacqueline was even kind enough to set up the apartment with romantic decor to honor our honeymoon stay. The security and requirement for key fobs when entering and exiting the building added a layer of safety during our stay! We love Puerto Rico and will definitely love to come back and book this apartment in the future!!

Studio with fabulous view and Rite in the center of action

Jaqueline’s studio is immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was also good, which is always important. My only complaint was that one of the beach chairs was broken so it limited how much we could go to the beach. Parking is very difficult in this Condado neighborhood, but the owner offered us her space for 20. That was a good deal!

Beautiful View - Disappointing Communication

I found the place to be very nice and the view amazing. I enjoyed my time in the home until the power went out while I was getting ready to go out for dinner. It was off for more than 4 hours and I had reached out to the owner to find out if there were candles or a flashlight but never heard back from her till I checked out the following day. I later found out that the power does go out but that was never mentioned ahead of time nor was there any other options to get light in the home after searching.

The property experienced a severe water outage during our stay. Water was only available for approximately six hours per day, in two-hour intervals, due to a city pipe burst. The issue existed before our arrival, yet the host failed to notify us prior to check-in.We discovered the problem ourselves after arriving and contacted the host at approximately 1:45 a.m. Only then did she inform us that the property was experiencing significant water service interruptions. Because there was no running water available, we had to leave the property and purchase bottled water from a local store. The host’s position has been that she believed the issue would be resolved before our arrival. However, that does not excuse the failure to disclose a known material issue affecting the property. Guests have a right to know about conditions that impact basic necessities such as running water, toilets, showers, and sinks before making the decision to proceed with a stay. While the host later provided bottled water, that does not address the core issue, it was the lack of timely disclosure and the inability to reliably use the property’s plumbing facilities. Not having access to restroom facilities when needed is unacceptable in a vacation rental. The host has consistently blamed the city for the water interruption while accepting no responsibility for failing to notify us before our stay. Regardless of the cause of the outage, the host had a responsibility to disclose known conditions.

Cant be beat

The host Jacqueline was extremely responsive and priortizes guest satisfaction. This location is perfect, with amazing views day and night. Better than "right on" the beach...it overlooks busy Ashford Ave and area/skyline all lit up at night, and ocean during the day. Stunning from the 23rd floor. Part of the vacation staying here is definitely hanging out on the patio, having happy hour and making a meal! The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully designed with kitchen shelves and a bakers rack... plenty of room for waters and dumping your bags and groceries. The tv was situated the best ive seen with comfortable viewing from bed or couch... not stuck on some random wall like many places. The lighting was thoughtful and functional. Open, roomy bright and breezy. Can't wait to return! A++++
