The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare family meals at home.

Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, air conditioning, and furnishings to make unpacking and settling in easy.

That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay.

- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.

- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

- No pets are allowed.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building.

- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan.

- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up.

- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly). This is normal for the region and out of our control.
