Located on the 3rd floor, the building does not have an elevator.

Video fireplace system, easy access by the city's main avenues. In case you need parking it could be previously coordinated, its price is not included, its price per night is 15,000 COP

If you need an iron and hair dryer, you can be requested and we will provide you with the cooperation at no additional cost.

We have a washing-drying tower for use of the building, if required there is an additional cost. Price per cycle 50,000cop

The apartment is an ideal place for business and family trips, to have an excellent stay in Cúcuta, so it is not suitable for parties or noisy guests.
