"We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"

"The place was spotless and well located, with a good restaurant, an ice cream shop, and souvenir shops right on the corner. The bikes were in excellent condition, which was a great bonus. However, after the bike ride I would have loved to use a pool, but there wasn't one; I think I misread or misunderstood the agreement we signed before arrival. It turned out to be a general agreement covering all the properties the company manages, not just this one, so it mentioned amenities this place doesn't...

"Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...

"The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...

"Property was clean and only issue we had was the ac in the living room made a very loud strange noise to which we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Overall host and property were up to par. Property manager responded quickly and advised they would get it checked out asap. "
