"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "This property was very clean and in a great area! We were able to fish from the dock, and the pool was great to relax at when we needed a break from the beach. The house included plenty of beach towels, a few floaties for the pool. And a wagon, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and a a few beach toys. The beach was about 1/4 mile and an easy walk, and the Publix grocery store is only 1 mile away. We had a great time!"
