Our cozy traditional style cottage has been my family's summer playground since the 50s. Our little haven boasts 2 bedrooms, a bonus sun room, an outdoor shower, is on a huge lot and is steps away from the local farm stand (Serene Green). The perfect place to wind down and relax, the house is only a stones throw from the beach (15mins walk) and the village (5 min drive). It's close enough to enjoy the buzz of the Hamptons if that's what you're looking for, but also sits in a quiet and secluded location offering a peaceful getaway from the summer-time buzz. Plenty of outdoor space including a patio area, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, lots of space and a wonderful outdoor shower. The property is well-loved and is a treasured home from home for my family. It is definitely not a high-tech, smart house, but it has all the basics - a small but well appointed kitchen with full-size stove and fridge freezer, a cozy living room with small TV, high-speed internet will keep you connected and there's even a bonus sun-room where you can chill out. Our master bedroom has a brand new Queen bed and mattress, and the house exterior has recently been given a paint refresh ready for the season.
