The holiday apartment is located at the edge of the picturesque village of Maria Alm, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Steinernes Meer, the Pinzgauer Grasberge and the Hochkönig massif in the beautiful Salzburgerland region.

In winter, the free ski bus takes you in a few minutes to the popular Hochkönig ski area with around 120 km of perfectly prepared slopes. Other top ski resorts such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area are also within easy reach. For families, the small cosy family ski area of Hinterreit is even right on your doorstep.

In summer, this is a true paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with hundreds of kilometers of hiking and cycling trails. Several swimming pools in the area and beautiful lakes like the lake Zeller See in Zell am See provide the necessary cooling.

The centre of Saalfelden, with a perfect selection of shops, restaurants and a public swimming pool, can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The atmospheric city of Salzburg is about 1.5 hours drive away and perfect for a day trip!
