The property located in the middle of nowhere. However the free airport shuttle makes the hotel appealing for staying one night to catch morning flight.

The toilet has a very weak flush. Impossible to flush everything on the first flush. Also, there should be outlets for US 110 v plugs. I had to purchase an adapter.

The hotel was fine, clean and comfortable room and bathroom was fine. The breakfast next day had a lot of offerings (muffins/croissants, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruit, etc). There's a shuttle to nd from the airport that runs continuously and is free. The only negative is that being near (but not attached to) the airport, there is nothing to do, no restaurants, bars, shopping, outside of the hotel's offerings, unless you have a car.

I was disappointed to learn the because the room was booked with expedia, I would not earn Hilton points or any status for the stay. Expedia will need to find ways to attract people if they are to be used when someone collects points with hotels.

The hotel was clean and conveniently close to the airport with free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the hotel clerk that greeted us was friendly and spoke English. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and it was very delicious. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. Note: this is not close to the vatican and other main attractions. It is about a 35 to 40 min drive or you could take the train from the airport and it will take you to the main attractions of Rome.

Hotel is in the middle of industrial like area. Nothing in walking distance. Shuttle runs around the clock and reliable. Breakfast for a charge. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby. Instant coffee in room. Fridge in room. Need converter for European outlet to 110 outlet to charge phones. Restaurant food is delicious.

This was a great place to end our trip. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had been traveling all day from Bari, and when we arrived, we were spent. The staff checked us in quickly and made an additional last-minute accommodation to allow my daughter to stay with us. The dinner and breakfast were great. The transport to the airport was timely and clean. I will stay here again.

The air conditioning in our room was broken so we sweltered all night- we reported it but the desk person said to just wait and it would come on, but it did not.

The reception desk staff were very nice and courteous and quick to get you checked in. It was quiet in the room and the hotel had a security door, off the lobby that was before the elevators that could only be accessed with your key card. The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom tub was dirty and the toilet felt as if it was detaching from the wall when used and unfortunately I had a sink that was extremely slow to drain. It was very nice that there was a free airport shuttle bus that ran 24 hours.

The hotel was nice. It's clean & quiet. I like the free shuttle/ bus service to the hotel. It made our stay a lot better. The fitness room was excellent, plenty of weights, cardio equipment. All equipment was clean & in good repair. The only thing that was falsely advertised, was the pool. There is No pool or hot tub in the hotel. The staff confirmed this as well. Just a fitness area. It's a great place to stay if coming in late or leaving for an early flight

Loved the free shuttle to the airport. You can take the shuttle to the airport and take the train into Rome. We did that and it was easy to do. We took the Leonardo express train.
