"The good points are the staff who were very pleasant and spoke good english, the kitchen staff were all very nice and welcoming.
The location is good, close to the termini train station but in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The hotel facilities were ok, a very small lift.
The Room was clean and ok size with a mini bar and small fridge, our room was facing the back yard so it was quiet.
The air conditioner was inconsistent and noisy no matter what mode we tried.
The bathroom was good size but the shower needs more attention to detail when cleaning it, some corners in the shower had mold and so did the string that works the extractor inside the shower. The Faucet on the bathroom sink had rust parts. These things should not be expected at a 4 star hotel imo.
Over all a good hotel with a nice and friendly staff."
