"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."

A few annoyances: First, one of the elevators was broken, which was annoying for how big and spread out the rooms were for everything else. "All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."
