From the moment we arrived, there was no buffet as advertised, and the daily activities and on-site entertainment that were promised were either severely limited or pushed off-site. "Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. We were told we had them together just to find out this...

"We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more...

"We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available...

"The property here was beautiful and well maintained everyone here takes pride in their job very professional. We love this resort and will definitely be back again."
