The location (right on the beach), the amenities (kayaks/paddle boards/life jackets/etc.), and especially the staff (Yobany and Edith) who are the nicest people AND amazing chefs....make this place A+++. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable, the kitchen is comprehensive, there are so many fun things for adults/kids to do. Thank you for an amazing time!! "This property is amazing, and spacious for a large group. I booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday for a group of 8. The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. I would recommend this property to my friends amd family and would book again if i ever travel back to Tulum."

"What an amazing time our group had. There were 12 of us all friends of 10 years. 6 couples all with different wants and needs and this house fit all of them! First the house is gorgeous! "We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! "We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). "We enjoyed our stay at Casa Wahh. Really nice property. The quiet was nice and so were the amenities. Really enjoy the upstairs area. Also liked that, it had security and felt safe. "Vores oplevelse på dette hotel var desværre ikke helt som forventet. Ved ankomsten blev vi informeret om, at alle deres a la carte restauranter var fuldt bookede, selvom der syntes at være ledige borde, hvilket virkede som en bevidst strategi for at dirigere gæsterne hen til bufférestauranten, der desværre ikke kunne leve op til forventningerne. Personalet virkede overbelastet og servicen var langt fra det niveau, man forventer på et femstjernet hotel. Værelserne levede heller ikke op til standarden for et hotel af denne kaliber. Den eneste positive oplevelse var børnepoolen. En yderligere udfordring på hotellet var manglen på poolhåndklæder. De var stort set ikke tilgængelige under vores ophold, hvilket var skuffende. Alt i alt er dette ikke et hotel, vi vil vælge at vende tilbage til."
