"Sixteen of us stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. The space was comfortable, the decor was and we enjoyed that the kids could snorkel from the house, and just the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We had some problems with the Chef service so I would caution you not to use Chef Carlos' services. "

"We had a 60th Birthday Celebration with a total of 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! The grounds and housekeepers were very efficient each day, even raking the beach area each morning. "The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

"We’d do a repeat again and again"

"Fabulous house with every amenity including 5 motor scooters and 3 bikes. Spread out so even 14 of us had more than ample space. Close to the beach although this was far too rocky and un available for swimming. But, we wet to nearby beaches instead. Nearby convenience store was nice to have although we had full chef service while there. They were incredible and extremely flexible. "We had a nice stay at Siwa. Overall, the hotel is fine. The rooms are good, but there are many small things that don’t work well. Great hotel, pools, food, rooms and service in top

"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium price. Service and quality justify the price, but it might obviously be too much for some. For all who can stay in one room or do not need connecting rooms this hotel is highly recommended."
