"Neglected accomodation. Its a shame branding as "luxury" and having suck a low quality and dirty house for such price is disgrace. The sheets and bedding were disgusting. Stains all over. 2 room smelly one with cigarettes or with cat piss. The whole house were very humid. No spruce of heat or to dry it out with humidifier. Had to go buy bedding from a store cause couldn't sleep on stained smelly sheets and pillows. Very poorly maintained. Nice property by the look but heavily neglected. Also...

"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. "I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied.
