To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



Noise is not permitted after 10 p.m. (Noise Law). Also, avoid noise during rest hours, even during the day.



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.



Photo identification is required on the registration form.



If you are arriving by vehicle, please provide your license plate number in advance.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



Respect the elevator's maximum capacity to ensure everyone's safety.



Hallways and common areas must remain organized and comply with the building's rules of conduct.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in is in person and begins at 3:00 PM, and our check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
