Important: With the aim of having the most transparent communication possible, we warn you that there is work going on in the neighboring building on weekdays during the hours in accordance with Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our office.



No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.



When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.



All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
