24x7 doorman in building facing the beach on Avenida Atlântica. Availability of
supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and others 24 hours a day. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment is quiet, airy and comfortable for seasonal rental for 5 people.

The space
The apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, the units come with bed linen and towels.

Other things to note
smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building

A fee (150R) will be charged in case of lost keys.

Remember to take all of your belongings with you when leaving the apartment.

- When checking out, please leave the key on top of the kitchen table. Also make sure that the door is locked after you.

Please note that if the apartment is left into a hefty mess, or smoking has happened in the apartment, or common areas and a special cleaning is needed, there will be an additional charge of (350 reais)
