"We’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and Kempinski has been one of the very best! We stayed in a very big and nice room with the most amazing view overlooking the mountains and the piste right below us. We’ve also enjoyed the spa facilities at the hotel, which we also liked very much! Staff were very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in and the guy (Antonio) who checked us out. We’re definitely coming back in the future!"

"Great place with focus on service and quality. We had a good time. However the biggest challenge is Bansko it self which at this time of year has a constant smog form the use of coal in the city. Not a problem a the piste. But a thing which will prevent me from staying at a local hotel again (next time we escape the smog)"

We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). "Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. "
