"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "

"From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. "Vi bookede hotellet fordi det lå tæt på skiliften og havde 4 stjerner (i følge Hotels.com). Det blev desværre en dårlig oplevelse, men det kunne nemt være blevet en god oplevelse, hvis ikke det lige var for standarden af hotellet. Det burde max. have 2 stjerner. Vi fik egentligt et fint størrelse værelse, men man spørger sig selv om ejeren nogensinde har boet på sit eget hotel. Hvis ikke skulle han/hun prøve det. Værelset var indrettet med de billigste (nedslidte) møbler, en seng med en madras...
