"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "

"I have been going to Bulgaria for the past twenty years and the country has developed in leaps and bounds. But it has to be said that many areas of the country retain both their culture and way of life and this is true of this Hotel. Unfortunately, they have also retained standards which many, in today's world, would now find unacceptable. The rooms are basic and in dire need of upgrading, including the bathroom, no room service, limited toiletries. The Balcony, provides spectacular views across...

"Vi bookede hotellet fordi det lå tæt på skiliften og havde 4 stjerner (i følge Hotels.com). Det blev desværre en dårlig oplevelse, men det kunne nemt være blevet en god oplevelse, hvis ikke det lige var for standarden af hotellet. Det burde max. have 2 stjerner. Vi fik egentligt et fint størrelse værelse, men man spørger sig selv om ejeren nogensinde har boet på sit eget hotel. Hvis ikke skulle han/hun prøve det. Værelset var indrettet med de billigste (nedslidte) møbler, en seng med en madras...
