"Perhaps it's my fault for not reading the initial listing for Guest House 32 closely enough, but I was unaware the toilet and shower were shared. The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". "The staff was great the food was yummy the location was out of this world. We loved the place so much we booked another night! It is located in a valley with a beautiful mountain stream where the mountains on either side of you shoot right up to the sky! A truly magical place."

When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. "From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. "Vi bookede hotellet fordi det lå tæt på skiliften og havde 4 stjerner (i følge Hotels.com). Det blev desværre en dårlig oplevelse, men det kunne nemt være blevet en god oplevelse, hvis ikke det lige var for standarden af hotellet. Det burde max. have 2 stjerner. Vi fik egentligt et fint størrelse værelse, men man spørger sig selv om ejeren nogensinde har boet på sit eget hotel. Hvis ikke skulle han/hun prøve det.
