"Our 2nd floor room with balcony was beautiful, large, clean, and with excellent amenities, also looking over the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast each morning very much. Our server is friendly and helpful. We were able to get close-in parking. Desk staff were also friendly. We visited Kelleyway Gardens and spoke with Clement. She is a delightful young lady who offered good information about the area. This was our second stay and we will visit again."

"It’s over priced for a hotel requires us to drive to Woodstock and its restaurants and amenities. Although it was not full we were allocated a room at far end of the hotel where WiFi was poor and the room was a bit smaller because stairway next to the room took out part of the space.The pool and sauna were good and clean. "The Hostess at the wine and cheese hour was very kind and helpful. That was the only time we saw anyone! The house is divided into separate areas and we were in the oldest part. The bed was comfortable, bathroom nice, amenities nice but wouldn’t book again because of the very narrow and steep stairs. My husband is 80, hauling luggage up those kind of stairs is dangerous. That would be the only reason not to return."

"Our room was not ready. We waited one hour and it still was not ready. We went to dinner and it was ready when we get back to the hotel. The staff was not willing to find a different room for us and offered a free coffee for our inconvenience"

"Stayed here two evenings at full rate. Zero amenities – the bar and restaurant were closed both nights which is one of the reasons we chose this location to begin with, there is no one staffing the hotel when we arrived at 3 PM. We had zero Internet and zero cell coverage the second night of our stay. Nice location, nice grounds, nice room, but all of that diminished by the above negative comments."

"Place needs an upgrade. The carpet in our room had many stains and the panel of the bathroom door was peeling. Breakfast is very basic."
