"First time staying at this property and the staff is great and welcoming, I wish I knew the young lady that checked me in on Sunday she was so sweet and very professional. I have stayed at other beach hotels and this was the first one that the room did not have sand all over even after HK clean the room.i also felt safe at this hotel knowing you won’t have strangers/homeless people wondering the property as you need you key to access all doors and for the main elevator going to the floors. "

"the property location & staff were great! staff was always present & willing to help with smiles.you can walk anywhere but if you need your vehicle it is easy to access with the attached parking garage. breakfast included with different options a plus especially with a family. the huge disappointment was booking through expedia, do not do it! try to book direct through hotel. expedia offers false advertising! i book the most expensive suite & was told on arrival it was not available. the manager...
