"Ocean Sands is my favorite place to relax and enjoy family time. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the dolphins playing in the ocean. The Neptune Festival was amazing with SEVERAL vendors with excellent deals. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. See you at Thanksgiving!"

"We have stayed at The Atrium Resort before. We did request a certain floor to be on but somewhere between making the reservation and arrival the request was not made. We did notify the front desk and it was rectified immediately. The staff was very accommodating."

"Outstanding place for multi generational family. Excellent location close to beach and market. Well stocked kitchen. Great indoor space and deck outdoor entertainment spaces. Owner very helpful and great communicator. Will definitely book again. "

"We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator."

"This is a great place to stay! It puts you close enough to the beach, but without most of the traffic. There’s plenty of shops in case you forgot something. Overall, my friends and I had a great time; would probably stay again."

"Loved this house!! Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was the house was FREEZING when we arrived and we could never seem to regulate the temperature all week. The number pad for entry was a tad challenging but we figured it out"

"Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. We struggled with slow wifi and...

"Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game. "

"The experience was awesome, RV was more than adequate, our host were the kindest and helpful folks...even helped us find a great campground, on a holiday weekend!!! Great people and plan to come back for a longer stay . Thanks for making our vaca a great memory for our family."

"3rd time staying with our soccer at this residence. It’s the ultimate team stay. Recommend for any group that wants to be together instead of hotels. "

"Lovely property, plenty of room with 15 people you don’t feel like your on top of each other. Location to the beach is a go skip and jump away. Kitchen is nicely equipped and if bringing a little one, there are hates, high chair, pack n play so don’t load it up! Owner was very responsive! "

"Several damaged areas, checking in was difficult as keyless entry was not working so we had to pick up keys at RE office. Our family didn’t get to eat dinner until very late.We enjoyed our stay despite the issues.Dishwasher broke Ants on counter, we purchase productRE agent Kim was helpful/ sympathetic "

"Perfect for small space accommodation. The queen bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the overhead fans and doors separating the kitchen/TV area from the bedroom. Location was close to the Beach and other areas of VA Beach. I definitely give this place 5 stars. "
