"My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms right across from each other, that was a plus you could tell the rooms were newly renovated. You could tell that they put effort into taking care of their property as many times as I have stayed in Virginia Beach this place had the best breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. Had a good time. Thank you."

"Coastal is one of my go tos for Va Beach. I love the room setup. I do wish there was a door to both king rooms not just one. The rooms need to be updated along with the beds but still a great hotel choice. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is always good and I love the coffee machines!"

"First time staying at this property and the staff is great and welcoming, I wish I knew the young lady that checked me in on Sunday she was so sweet and very professional. I have stayed at other beach hotels and this was the first one that the room did not have sand all over even after HK clean the room.i also felt safe at this hotel knowing you won’t have strangers/homeless people wondering the property as you need you key to access all doors and for the main elevator going to the floors. "

"Hotel and room were as advertised. Staff were helpful when the A/C unit in our room broke down. They didn’t give us a different room but worked with a technician to get it fixed within 4 hours. Parking was offsite one block away. I would have no doubt staying here again. "

"I will be coming back every year! The room was very clean and spacious. No issues with the room at all! Last year the floor hallways and trash were cleaned up AM sharp. And the solution that was used on the floors smelled so good! Didn’t smell like they were using the same cleaning products this year and a little on the late side of the afternoon for the trash pickups by the elevator. Please go back to the same cleaning products for your floors and maybe add one more person to help with the...

"We had a Great experience. Some things could have been updated a little. But staff was Amazing and we had great rest the beds were awesome. Hot showers and one of the only outdoor pools on the strip!!!!"

Those girls deserve a raise. Yes they do. The only thing I would have a complaint about would be the restaurant. Extremely high prices I mean eight dollars for a single taco and then if you wanted sour cream or salsa everything was extra so that’s the only complaint everything else was perfect."
