The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. "

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront South and had a mixed experience, especially considering the price of the room. On the downside, the room itself fell short of expectations. It did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and there was noticeable paint peeling in the bathroom. An access panel near the toilet was left open, which was unsettling at first glance. The shower dispensers were empty - no body wash or shampoo - which shouldn’t happen at this...

"The parking was a bit tight and the elevators took a little long but the staff was nice and quick on what we needed. It was close to the beach and we had a complimentary breakfast buffet. "

"Hello, I am writing to formally report a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue with my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. I stayed in the room from Friday to Sunday (Easter weekend), and upon checking the room, I discovered a used tampon left behind the microwave. In addition, the area under the beds was visibly dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. This is extremely concerning, as it indicates that the room was not properly sanitized between guests....

"My go-to when I visit Virginia Beach. Only complaint is the mattress is nearing the end of its life, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Can’t comment on the breakfast that morning because we slept in.😁 Although in previous visits the breakfast has been fine, plenty to eat, fresh, hot."
