"Great Place!!!"

"Friendly staff. Outdated rooms. Noisy refrigerator near to bed. Had a sleepless night."

"I like that they offer free transport to and from the airport, and also free breakfast."

"Relaxing and wonderful stay. Great food for all meals"

"They did not have my room upon arrival, even though I was in contact with them the day before AND at the airport. They drove me and my children to a partner hotel that was very bad standard. Grand Diamond paid 50USD to Piarco Palace for my short stay. I paid 145USD for the room at Grand Diamond. Now they are not answering my email. I expect a full refund. "

"Very noisy, lots of barking dogs. Beds were ok, but the refrigerator was old and worn and had a bad smell. The best thing is the position close to the airport."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again."

"Did not live up to expectations. "

"This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery."

"The hostess was amazing and I can't wait to come back again."

"Clean and nice place! A delicious local breakfast. Thank you!"

"Very nice place. Host was very accommodating with quick replies to all my queries. Unfortunately lots of barking dogs in the neighborhood which kept me up at night."
