The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "This is my third time staying at Kapok and one of the things I love the most is the breakfast and the ladies that work in the breakfast section... The rooms are fine and the beds are comfy. The Balcony is cool, I like to sit out there though it faces the street. It does seem like it's a bit of an older hotel, but it's fine. I think one thing is that some of the front desk people could be friendlier. It was my third year I knew I had to wait for a room for early check in, and even longer this...
