"My husband and I stayed at Studio 27 Inn for the first time, the staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the only negativity was minor stains on the floor and carpet, in need of decorating, apart from that, we will definitely stay again, when back in Trinidad. "This accommodation provides the basics in the studio room. About 4×3 (12) square meters bedroom with small kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The attached bathroom is clean. Wifi in the room is stabilt. I used the accommodation as base for road trips which worked fine. Diego Martin and Port of Spain have a high crime rate according to locals; be aware of this."

"The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. "

"Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. "The best service and most friendly staff I've ever experienced. Talked with 4 different staff members during my stay and they all went out of they way for us. Highly recommended. Instead of ordering a taxi for us the receptionist drove us himself the 10min ride, gave us his number and said to call if we had any problems getting a taxi back or if we had any questions. Free of charge! Thanks guys and keep up the good work."

"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful.
