"Hotellet har et fantastisk køkken på højt niveau. Høj service og venlig atmosfære. Værelset vi havde, var godt med stor balkon ud til bugten. Hotellet ligger lige ud til strand. Minus siden er et massivt niveau af krydstogts turister, fra 4-5 store ankomster dagligt. Der er således ufatteligt mange, ofte halvfulde hollændere og amerikanere, som fester til høj musik, både på stranden og i caféerne. Ikke umiddelbart et børnested."

"On arrival, we were offered a reduced price upgrade to a beachview room with combined lounge and kitchen plus large bedroom and separate bathroom. The kitchen had most appliances needed but only one ring on the oven's top plate functioned, the other three didn't! We only got tepid water from the hot taps the first day, but a complaint to reception solved this. We had CNN on the cable TV the first evening, that disappeared next day and never returned, despite reception said that a cable repairman...

"My husband and I and our 2 babies loved our time here. The view from our room was incredible. The food and beverages with the all inclusive were worth it. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. We were able to use one of the resorts cribs for our littlest. The beach and the water here are phenomenal and I liked that they had more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas for resort guests so you’re not having to wake up early to go find a spot before they’re full. "Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"The property is very nice so is the staff. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen was nice the only thing is that I wish the window opened. With a kitchen and someone that likes to cook and bake I would say they need a better ventilation system. All the smell of the food stays in the room and stays on your clothes, but other than that I would recommend staying here I give it a 8/10. "
