We booked a beachfront. When we arrived we were told that we did not and had booked a room on the hill with an ocean view. When I explained that wasn’t true I had to argue with the woman who was relentless and basically called me a liar until I pulled up my email to show her then she changed her story to they were under construction. No apologies no discount. Nothing. There was limited dining due to closed restaurants and we had all inclusive. Only one restaurant for breakfast and it took forever for breakfast and you couldn’t get a coffee for take away in under 20 mins. Our tips were included but our bartenders and waitstaff were great so we tipped extra. The last day of our trip we added something onto our breakfast. When we checked out and went to pay our bill for tips I inquired about an extra amount on the mornings bill. I was advised it was from morning tip. I advised them I did not tip that amount and she showed me the screen with an inflated amount and said I did. When I stated again I didn’t she argued with me I was wrong. To her amazement I took pictures of all my bills that I tipped for just such incidents and showed her. She said point must be a glitch in the system and I’ll adjust it. Really??? She didn’t believe me until I had a copy to show her.
There were multiple days/nights where the entertainment was canceled. They didn’t add anything else. There was supposed to be trivia, music and bingo. They just canceled and didn’t tell guests. Horrible customer servic
