"Very friendly staff and generally a nice hotel. If you come by car, this is a very convenient place to stay, very different from other more boutique style hotels in Flores. We had booked one room for a family of four, but the room with two double beds is very small, and can only be recommended for families with small children without a lot of luggage. Breakfast is continental, but with nice fruits added to it."

"This place is really close to Tikal National Park which was great for us. We were on a sunrise tour in the park, vent back to the Hostal for lunch, and then walked back to the park again. It was pretty easy do to the location of the Hostal. The restaurant has good options for food. Be aware of, if you do not rent a bungalow, then all the electricity is closed down 11pm until 6pm. This included the fan in the room. "
