"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...

"Very friendly staff and generally a nice hotel. If you come by car, this is a very convenient place to stay, very different from other more boutique style hotels in Flores. We had booked one room for a family of four, but the room with two double beds is very small, and can only be recommended for families with small children without a lot of luggage. Breakfast is continental, but with nice fruits added to it."

"We stayed for four nights. The room was nice, A/C very good, room was clean and over all in very good condition. The beds are on wheels, which is annoying. The staff in the reception are plain rude. After having checked in and paid, we were not once acknowledged as existing. No-one ever looked up, and even though we passed through the reception 20+ times, not once were we greeted. There is often a lot of staff members hanging in reception, but not to the benefit of the clients. There is no...

"The most comfortable beds in all of Guatemala and finally quiet. There were ant crawling throughout the hotel and mold on the bathroom ceiling, but the staff was so friendly we nearly forgot about it."
