"Good location in Cusco, nice rooms, great value for money. Complementary breakfast isn't much, Wifi only works on certain floors and hot showers isn't always available. Nice and helpful staff. Quiet area, besides from when the numerous stray dogs on the street gets into a fight. Quite cold rooms (when cold outside), but inroom heaters can be borrowed in the reception."

"We stayed here two nights. This is definitely rustic, so be prepared for that. That being said, you should definitely stay here. The ladies that work here are very nice, and when we were there, they were in the midst of wrapping 50 presents to take to the highlands to kids that live in small communities. They wrapped 50 presents and wrote kids’ names on each. They also take sugar/rice to them as well. Due to high altitude (5000m), nothing grows in those communities but potato. By staying here,...
