"Beautiful 5 star hotel 20 minutes walk away from city centre of Arequipa. Nice garden and swimming pool area. Rooms are big and nicely furnished in classical style. Beds firm and really comfortable. We had a problem at check-in (hotels.com status not recognised) but that efficiently was solved on second day. "Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."
