"Small hotel, chosen for 1 night because of proximity to cruise and Industry City. Rooms are nice but small. Bedsheets were not ironed. Area is kind of shady."

"Extremely small room, no daily cleaning/make up"

"Couldn’t use our credit cards. Had to try multiple cards because their reader didn’t work. Cleaning personal don’t speak English so when you e.g. ask for an extra blanket with sheet so both have one when sleeping they really didn’t understand what you tried to ask for. When I managed to get one they freaking took it away when cleaning the room and I had to go through all the explanation again to get on again. Holy moly. Clear the couldn’t think for them self. If you remove 2x blankets and sheets...

"Venligt personale i receptionen. "

"Great room, nice staff, clean room"

"I thought the hotel was great, especially for the price. I don’t understand why some people are giving them bad ratings. I don’t know what they expect to that price in NYC. I thought that the room was nice and the service was great. Sure you hear the subway occasionally but the upside is also that the subway station is very close by, which means that Manhatten is very easily accessible. To the price I would say that it is a bargain."

"Room the size of a queen bed. Bathroom dirty. Checkin behind plexiglass. No-visitors policy. Other guests clearly audible selling drugs and uh, services from our room. Do not stay here, for the sake of your health, physical and mental."

"Great stay and a very affordable hotel"

"The room smelled like weed we had to grab a can of from febreeze to stop the smell I probably won’t be back"

"Room was in poor shape. We got locked out of the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken. The room needed painting it was not my cuo of tea."
