"This unit was very nice and clean and in a great location. The kitchen was spacious and had most of what we needed. Would suggest adding some wine glasses to the glassware. The beds were comfortable and all 6 of us enjoyed our stay. One other suggestion would be some bedside lighting instead of just overhead lights for reading and ambience. If we needed an apt in Brooklyn again, we would return. "

"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

"I did not receive check in procedures. One hour before check in I contacted the host and he said that the property had some plumbing issues and he needed to move me. I was not able to preview the new property. The room did not have paper towel, towels to accommodate everyone nor did he provide the wi fi code.
