"Accommodation was really clean and well presented with comfortable beds, situated in a quiet area with a private roof terrace that gets the sun throughout the day and nice sunsets behind the mountains. The layout is not the most practical and the kitchen is small and the sitting room awkward in shape, but for the price this really is an excellent and well-equipped place with a friendly and helpful host so highly recommended for a short stay or as a longer term base to explore the area."

Tiene detalles como cápsulas de café, azúcar, gel y champú, toallas de playa pero le falta poner servilletas y una terraza privada para desayunar al sol.Las zonas comunes están bien si estás solo, pero si compartes con los demás apartamentos hay poca privacidad y espacio. Creemos que es un proyecto interesante pero inacabado, aún así lo recomendamos."

"We have just spent 2 weeks at Carlos's apartment. What a wonderful experience. Carlos met us at the airport, let us do some shopping on the way and then dropped us off at his apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Santa Lucia was perfect for us. Beautiful views from our balcony, and apart from cyclists and walkers visiting daily, the town in the evening was virtually tourist free. The locals in the couple of shops and bars that we used were all friendly. The...

"Uns hat das Haus es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber wenn man Ruhe sucht und sich abseits vom Tubel erholen möchte, ist es genau das Richtige. Zumal es auch reichlich nahe gelegen Wanderwege gibt. Sehr gut ist auch der Service, wir haben uns aus Versehen mal ausgesperrt, und der Verwalter kam sehr zügig mit einem Zweitschlüssel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief auch sehr gut."

"Schönes Objekt, aufgrund der anwesenden Tiere auch für Kinder sehr abenteuerlich. Besitzer sind super freundlich und stets erreichbar, wenn etwas sein sollte. Im Haus ist alles reichlich vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Ein Auto ist aber ein absolutes Muss, da das Haus doch schon sehr abgelegen ist. Was zugleich Ruhe und Erholung bedeutet."

"We really enjoyed our week here, a very nice traditional Casa, spacious and comfortable. The manager is very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. There are many nice walks that one can do from the doorstep, and the views across the valley are very scenic. And Santa Lucia with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. "

"Great apartment next to the church, the balcony had the morning sun which was lovely, if you want sun later there is a shared terrace (sun until 18.00). We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Carlos is a great host! The area is great for walking in the mountains or just relaxing. Several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"

"Juan and his father Jesus were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were helpful leading up to the trip and flexible with our check in time. We were given a quick tour of the property, which has mango and avocado trees - super cool. And they gave us a ride to the airport in the morning which wasn’t expected, but a very nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a stay. "

"The property is located on a working Finca, with over 45 tropical fruit trees, all organic. Upon arrival Juan and his wife gave us a tour around the Finca, which was interesting. The welcome basket with fruit was really appreciated and the fresh fruit delicious. The covered pool was a real bonus as its temperature was really very comfortable and Juan looked after it daily. The towns of Ingenio and Aguimes are worth visiting and Juan came with us as our guide to see the Casas Rurale of...
