"The hotel is beautiful and our beach villa was awesome. You wake up with a view of the ocean and sitting on the deck and looking out at the waves and hearing them crash on the beach was so relaxing. The food was great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend a screen over the bathroom window because people walking by can see you when you're getting ready in the bathroom. Also, my wife likes to sleep in a little and there are no curtains or anything in the bedroom that...

"This was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The hotel is spectacular, as is the shuttle service and the hotel staff. The only thing I didn't like is that when you purchase the stay package, they don't tell you about the room and service fees, and then they charge you at the end of your stay, which are unavoidable. But the stay was truly spectacular!!!"

"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved.
