"The location is beautiful and the resort is on the beach. We swam every morning in water at 25 degrees. The food is ok and the drinks are great. The staff are friendly but service is a bit slow. There is a pool but it is very small, it is more like a jacuzi. The furniture in the room is quite worn and in the restaurant the table and chairs are plastic, that was disappointing. But we came for the location and that was great. The resort gets visitor groups from cruise ships but there is space...

"This was a wonderful place to spend the night. Fort Recovery is perfectly located between Road Town and Soper's Hole, with easy access by car to the great restaurants and bars on the west side of Tortola. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Check-in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, this was a great stay, and we plan to be back again soon."

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! The property is far enough away from the capital to ensure peaceful...
