"Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you!"

"Cottagey wonderfulness! This was a unique experience for my husband and me, which we really enjoyed. Super location so close to Great and Little Lameshur Bays, and to Salt Pond so made visiting these locations during our stay a breeze. Very clean and well accommodated place with lots and lots to make your stay convenient. Nice communication with owners prior to stay."

"This was out first time visiting St. John and certainly won't be our last! The studio was clean and everything we needed to stay for a whole week. The front desk staff were such a pleasure and loved seeing them on out way to the gym most mornings. The view was our favorite, especially having a 5 year old. During the day we would explore the island, then come home to clean up before dinner. Best part was we could always guardsmen an evening beach stroll or swim since everything was right there....

"The screened-in area that looks out over Chocolate Hole is breathtaking. The flowers on the property are beautiful, and the greenspace is well maintained. Our property manager was an excellent person who greeted us warmly and was very accessible. This property would be magnificent if upkeep and maintenance were a higher priority. "A welcome relief after an unanticipated start, Avis (STT) gave our Jeep away. With our free-wheeling plans dashed, we had to use taxis. In the unit was a list of Taxi contacts along with other useful info. All the taxi drivers we contacted were very helpful, especially Moses. The unit was delightfully quaint and very clean. "Happy Place was wonderful. The home is newer, nicely landscaped, and well appointed with Kitchen-Aid appliances and quality dish-ware. With the pull-out sofa, it worked well for our family of four. It’s a short drive to a nearby grocery, the ferry landing, and Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. Parking is ample for both units, which is a huge plus on the Island. The owner provided a small ice-chest, beach towels, and a few chairs to take to the beach - which we used daily. We hope to return next...
