We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. "The condo was small, but it’s still accommodated my family of eight and we were right next to the pool, which was great for the kids anytime we needed something. We just called the Hotel and it was brought over in a reasonable amount of time or we could pick it up later. Staff were very friendly."
