"The food was shockingly incredible, and happy hour drinks and food were excellent. Easy access to everything using the 4 elevators that were very fast. Hotel staff treats you like Royalty. Walk down stairs to Beach, or better yet, drive your vehicle from its parking spot to lowest level of parking garage, in rear of hotel which opens to the beach access. Love This Hotel!!!"

"So bad. Arrival-Signage for the office points down an alley w/no further instructions, had to call for directions to the office because sign points to a building its not in. Staff informed us of a parking fee which we were not aware of, while there the gentleman that was also checking they wanted an additional $120 from him. NONE of other hotels in area we stayed in prior ever charged fees to registered guests. Its off season, many restaurants aren't open, and its not like the "beach" was a...

"Beach view"

"Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. "

"This place was amazing. Family of 4 here with 2 small children and everyone was so nice to them. The pool was wonderful and clean and opened early. Having access to laundry when staying a whole week was amazing. The housekeeping staff always checked on us even just walking by. We plan on common back in June now, this place is now our family favorite. We can't thank everyone enough for a great stay! room was also great and spacious. <3 Thanks Double Tree!"

"Hotel was very clean from rooms to lobby. My only gripe was that the pool and gym were closed. We did not get to benefit much from the amenities. Close to boardwalk and in walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Family and pet friendly. Will stay again."

"This was a last minute treat to myself for Mother’s Day and The Dunes Suites did not disappoint. First, Jasmine at the front desk is so sweet and patient.
