The Space:

*** This unit has some NEW 2025 updates! Along with the NEW Sheets, Towels & Comforters, there was NEW Flooring installed in both bedrooms and the bathroom & NEW Blinds and Ceiling Fan as well! ***

The Master Bedroom has a Full-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.

The living room TV is a smart TV compatible with all your streaming apps. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Kitchen, Microwave, and a Coffee Maker w/Supplies, etc. Paid Washer/Dryer is separate and on site.

Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And the Condo is only a few blocks- 0.3 miles, or a six minute walk to the Beach!!

Other Things to Note:
Condo is on the ground floor with no stairs and there is plenty of unmarked parking spots on site.

There is an outdoor community space by the canal that has a picnic table, grass, and a dock. There is also an outdoor hose to rinse off on the side of the building.
