"When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. "We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. "My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!"

"This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area.
