"Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants."

"We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. "

"This beautiful and spacious apartment was a perfect place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. It is right on the boardwalk and just a few steps to the ocean. We loved that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and then come back to relax and hang out all together. The host is kind to offer starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. The only thing I wish we had was a bigger dresser or closet in the bedrooms to put our clothes but nothing beats...

"The house is very spacious and has an adorable, fully fenced backyard. Lots of extras are included (beach umbrellas, bikes, blankets, etc) and we loved that sheets and towels were included. The house needs a few small repairs here and there, and some parts of it look a little bit dated, which we noted separately to the management company, but there is nothing that would prevent a family from having a nice stay. It's close enough to the beach to be a long walk or short bike ride when the weather...

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house."

"Quick weekend trip with family and friends. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. Although the house is definitely older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our interactions with the owner (it is managed by Remax) were good and they answered all our questions. We loved the front porch and were glad the weather was nice enough that we were able to use it. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog with us for the weekend. All-in-all a great...

"Very clean,great location near beach and boardwalk, with comfortable beds. Great towel supply. The unit is next door to a restaurant and one night there was smoking outside of our windows which created smoke smell in one bedroom and the living room area. The next morning there were numerous cigarettes under our windows."
