"Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!"

"My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters. "Paid parking which was crazy with it being off season and 10 cars in the lot. Stained carpeting in the room was a turn off. The hotel was under construction so it was noisy. Great location "

"The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit...

"I absolutely loved my short stay here. The staff was SO welcoming and helpful with suggestions for things to see/do/where to eat. The hotel itself was really clean and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I wish I had been able to stay longer and use the beautiful pool!"

"Front desk staff were rude. In our 60’s and 70’s and we’re told we could not sit in lounge at 8pm as the restaurant closed at 8. Personnel cut lights off and told us to leave."

"We were surprised to find crumbs on the floor. in the bedroom! There were some type of flies coming out of the sink until we shoved rag in it! During the night the flies were on the pillow in the bed! Very disappointed that the Clerk that checked us in never gave us the 15% Moose Lodge discount! Cleaning staff was attentive and provided us with extra T Paper when asked and then asked if we needed anything else! My husband was disappointed that the breakfast didn't change up at all...

"Breakfast was really good. Kathy was so nice to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated but they didn’t have the heater on. It would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a heated pool. Thank you to all the hard workers at the hotel for making our stay possible."
