"We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

"We loved the cabins with each having their own hot tub and fire pit. Love the big, fenced in back porch at the one bedroom cabin. There was a fenced in area for Killian. There were multiple trains to walk on. Towels were provided for showering and the hot tubs. We could have used more pots, pans, and/or baking dishes. There was a variety amongst the 3 cabins. The water in the main/1 bedroom cabin, had a strong sulpher smell. We all had a good time!"

"The property was super cute. The hot tub was a great addition. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of storage for clothes and toiletries if you are an over-packer like us. It was in a very good location to be wineries and breweries that were on the east side of the lake. "

"Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. "We had a great time staying here! Cabin was very cute, cozy and we loved the hot tub! Fenced in backyard was great for my 3yr old to run around in without having to worry about him leaving my sight! "Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18. They were not allowed to go outside the room! The restaurant on site was closed and We couldn’t bring the teenagers with us even if it was open because it is located near the casino floor!!!!!! It doesn’t make any sense that you couldn’t make a route that makes it possible to someplace where they could participate in a nice restaurant. The cafe was open, but that is not really the same. We would have liked to use the spa for a treatment but it was also closed. We tried to talk to the reception about it, but they just answered it wasn’t their problem and it was stated somewhere. We asked where, because we never would have booked it if we knew. We fully accept if it was an “only adults” hotel, but that is not the case. The receptionist couldn’t find the information stated anywhere and just told us that he could et do anything about it. The rooms was very nice and the breakfast from the cafè was alright. The adults tried the casino at night. Here we encountered issues with the slot machines and the card. We gave up….. We usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the standard of this hotel was subpar by far and the staff was very rude indeed. The lady working at the cafe was very helpful and kind! "
