"The room was clean and the view was amazing right on Seneca Lake. There is a lovely walkway in front of the hotel that bordered the lake to the park. Coffee was available in the morning in lobby. The restaurant was also open for breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. And very short driving distance to the wineries on the west side of the lake and the second day wineries on the east side of the lake."

"Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18. They were not allowed to go outside the room! The restaurant on site was closed and We couldn’t bring the teenagers with us even if it was open because it is located near the casino floor!!!!!! It doesn’t make any sense that you couldn’t make a route that makes it possible to someplace where they could...

"The place appears to be deteriorating, burnt out light bulbs in the room, dirty common areas, dirty carpets, front desk unmanned most of the time. Bed sheets had a stain when we arrived, will give the staff a few points for changing those."

"The pictures were not of the same room we thought we had reserved. There was dirty pillowcases when we arrived, and the staff wasn’t willing to help."

"Skønne hytter ved Seneca Lake. Rigtigt Pænt, rent og velholdt. God plads til en familie på 4. Vi bookede en ekstra nat og fik en super service. Der er kun ganske få spisesteder i lokalområdet. Der er rigtig mange vingårde med vinsmagning i området. Det eneste vi manglede var et par ekstra stole og lidt service. "

"Excellent experience. Will choose for next time definitely!"
