When my sister (who is 13 years older than me) had to move to a retirement home it was devastating to think we could no longer come to the farm when we visit family as her grandson's family now lives there. "Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again! "

"Our main purpose of visiting Yellow Springs was to visit a good friend. Our stay was certainly enhanced by the owner's house and all of its amenities, including an outside gazebo. The owner was an excellentcommunicator, providing detailed and clear instructions when we arrived and immediately responsive to all of our questions. Also the house's location was conveniently located in a charming neighborhood near the village of Yellow Springs. "
