If you'd like to take out the trash during your stay:
Trash dumpster are on the side of the property. (Go through the front door of the building, walk to the left in the corner of the parking lot).
Please break down any boxes etc and place things neatly.
Trash Pickup day is Tuesday Morning

Laundry Room:
There are laundry pods and dryer sheets available to you (on top of stackable dryer). There is also a broom and dustpan laundry closet.

Washer/Dryer: There is an instruction strip on both describing how to use the washer and dryer.

Living Room:
Make yourself at home in the living room and enjoy some or all of what’s listed below…

Pen and paper are on the nightstand.
ROKU TV with complimentary Netflix.
There is an antenna attached to the back of the TV. Go to the ‘ LIVE TV’ app to enjoy local stations and programs.
There is 1 remote for the Roku TV. If for some reason the Roku remote stops working, you can install the ‘ ROKU’ app on your smartphone, and use it as a remote control for the TV during your stay. Please let us know if the Roku remote stops working, even if you decide to install the app on your phone!

TV: You can power both options by using the ROKU remote.
Power TV on and off with ROKU Remote
When finished, press the home button on the ROKU remote.
VOLUME can be controlled from the right side of the remote.

Heat/Air Conditioning:
For your convenience, the Friedrich wall unit controls heat and air conditioning. This unit has a remote control for your convenience velcroed to the side of the unit.
Use the ‘mode’ button to change to ‘heat’ or ‘cool’. Use ‘up’ or ‘down’ arrows to control temperature settings.
Instruction manual is in cabinet above refrigerator if you need further instruction



Thermostat:
The only Thermostat is located on the Friedrich wall unit. To adjust the temperature use the arrow keys up and down (as mentioned above). Note: We have the thermostat temperature set at a slightly more energy efficient, but a bit warmer level. Your comfort is very important to us, so please feel free to set the temperature to your comfort level.

Please remember to keep doors and windows closed if you are running the air, as a form of common courtesy and to be conscientious of conserving energy.


Bedroom:
There are USB outlets on both sides of the bed near the night stands.
Body towels, hand towels, and washcloths are on white utility cart.

Bath:
Extra toilet paper is underneath the bathroom sink.

-You must be at least 25 years of age to book the apartment.
(Please be prepared to show government issued picture ID upon arrival)
NO SMOKING, no drugs, NO MARIJUANA, no parties, no events and no loud music. ***NOT suitable for children under the age of 12! (NO Infants or Toddlers)

-TRAVEL INSURANCE is STRONGLY suggested because of our strict booking policy! We will uphold our cancellation policy no matter what. It is VERY reasonable and is a very small price to pay in exchange for having to cancel because of an emergency and not getting a refund. (We do not financially benefit from a T.I. purchase on bookings, it is booking platform product. It's all to your benefit and best interest).

-Management must collect phone number and email prior to check-in; and must sign RENTER AGREEMENT. ***(Please note...there is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT or HOLD unless you are booking directly through me. If you are booking your stay on VRBO, please disregard any security deposit concerns.)***
