"The apartment is in an excellent location, everything is on the doorstep. Even though we were city centre the apartment seemed to block out most of the noise at the night. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was clean. The layout was good and having two bathrooms was brilliant. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check in and checkout was easy. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Issues: The “all year round lap pool” was too cold. It was absolutely freezing to the point...

"While the apartment itself was clean, well-situated, and had great terrace views and parking, our experience was subpar due to missing amenities and terrible communication. The apartment lacked almost all basics: no dish soap, sponges, hand soap, drinking glasses, or kitchen towels. There was also no coffee maker or kettle, forcing us to boil water in a large pot just to make a hot drink. Worst of all, there wasn't a single trash can in the entire place, and one of the beds smelled strongly like...
