Welcome to our property at Marina Club, Gibraltar. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful environment for all residents and guests, please review and adhere to the following additional house rules. These rules are in place to maintain the quality of the property and the well-being of our community.

1. ✅ Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: From 14:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2. 🧍‍♂️ Occupancy Limits
• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 3 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

3. 🚫 Smoking & Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

4. 🐶 Pets
• No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved prior to arrival.

5. 🎉 Noise & Parties
• This is a residential building. No parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 23:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors at all times.

6. 🗑️ Rubbish & Recycling
• Daily rubbish should be disposed of in the designated communal bins which are located outside the building.
• Please separate recyclables where possible.

7. 🧼 Cleanliness
• Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

8. 🛠️ Damage & Repairs
• Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
• Costs for any damages, missing items, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

9. 🔐 Keys & Access
• Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee of £50.
• Do not duplicate keys or give access to unauthorized individuals.

10. 🌊 Use of Facilities
• Guests are welcome to use Marina Club communal areas where permitted (e.g., roof terrace, walkways).
• Pool access is only available to guests staying at the property. No external guests.

11. 🛟 Safety
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or emergency exits.
• Please familiarise yourself with the nearest fire exits and emergency procedures.

12. 🏊 pool access
We are allocated directly 2 pool passes. This means two individuals are capable of accessing the pool at the same time.
